  • Booth Space vs Tabling Space Info: We will be using the “quad” floor plan for the majority of the middle floor spaces, so if you purchase two spaces you will have two corners. Three spaces will be an “L” shape, and if you purchase four spaces you will have all four corners. Tabling space will be along the wall, 10 wide by about 4 feet deep.
  • BOOTH SPACES Booth spaces will be in a quad formation, so each vendor will have an outside corner.
  • TABLING SPACE Table Space (10 foot by 4 foot deep) (Table spaces are along the wall i.e. the perimeter)
  • We are a pop culture related event. Please do not bother setting up at our events if you plan on selling games of chance or energy drinks, cable TV subscriptions, multi level marketing, cell phone accessories/service, etc. You will not be invited to table with us.

    • ____________ (Maker name) hereby make application for booth space for sale purposes at ” the Bizarre Bazaar” shows and agree to abide by the following conditions:
    • I, ____________ understand that I am responsible for the collection of all sales tax.
    • I agree to help keep and maintain showgrounds, practicing all safety rules.
    • I understand that I should bring all needed display props, including tables, hanging materials, canopies, weights and/or folding chairs that I find necessary for my exhibit.
    • If for any cause whatsoever it becomes impossible, including inclement weather, to have the show, I understand this agreement is terminated and I will waive any and all claims for damages.
    • “Granite City Bizarre Bazaar”, Jackson & Family LLC, The Dreamstitcher, the Hosting Venue and any other municipal or government will not be responsible for any injury or loss that may arise or come to the exhibitor, or their employees or their goods, from any cause whatsoever, while show premises are being occupied under this agreement. Event is held at the regulations of the Hosting Venue and by the state of Minnesota; and therefore requirements are subject to change at any given time.
    • “Granite City Bizarre Bazaar” will provide no insurance; any insurance must be placed and paid for by the exhibitor. I hereby relieve the management of the show of all responsibility in connection with the safekeeping of the property while said properties are at this show.
    • I understand that reservations will be confirmed by email. No refunds will be made unless the application is not accepted.
    • ARTS & CRAFTS Vendors agree that your work is original and handmade by you or an associate; agree to exhibit only the crafts and/or art media listed and agreed upon in this contract. Booth space allocated under this contract is for the exhibitor who signs the contract and may not be sub-leased to other people for display purposes. We do not decline same or similar makers, and we do our best to use advantageous placement for all makers/vendors.
    • ARTS & CRAFTS vendors sign that your work is original and handmade by you or an associate; I agree to exhibit only the crafts and/or art media listed and agreed upon in this contract. Booth space allocated under this contract is for the exhibitor who signs the contract and may not be sub-leased to other people for display purposes. (to avoid duplication of merchandise)
